We’re thrilled to bring Traveler’s Notebook (TN) inserts to our shop!
Originally introduced by Midori in 2006, the TRAVELER’S notebook quickly became a favorite among journalers, planners, and creatives worldwide for its customizable, versatile design. While the original size was Standard (Regular), TNs now come in many sizes and styles, with covers available in leather, vegan, and more.

• Paper: Sanzen 68 gsm Tomoe River Paper — improved batch (see note below)

• Cover: Softcover

• Binding: Stitch binding, concealed by the cover

About the Paper

These inserts feature a new batch of Sanzen 68 gsm Tomoe River Paper (68TRP).
After early feedback on previous 68TRP batches, Sanzen refined their formula and production process to create a smoother, higher-quality writing experience. We’ve sourced this improved batch so you can try it for yourself — and help shape the future of TRP.

With your order, you’ll receive a QR code linking to a short survey. Your feedback will be shared directly with the papermill and will also help Just Scribble track Sanzen’s progress as we navigate the evolving 52gsm TRP landscape (see our blog for more).

💡 Because this is a feedback-focused launch, these inserts are offered at a discounted price. As part of our agreement with Sanzen, please do not publicly review the paper on social media — but you are welcome to share how you use your TN inserts online. Paper reviews should be submitted through the provided QR code survey.
