The idea of refillable ink is refreshing, and lumos duo is a great substitute for traditional fountain pens.
I tried some of the lumos brush tip and it works fine. The size is good for me very pocketable.
This ink is such a beautiful mix of strawberry and chocolate tones. At first glance, it has that soft berry warmth, but as it dries down, it settles into a muted mauve-brown that feels surprisingly elegant and wearable on the page.
It writes very smoothly, especially with a stub nib, where the shading really gets a chance to show. The colour shift as it dries is part of the charm — sweet at first, then deeper and more sophisticated. It has that cosy dessert feeling without looking too childish or overly pink.
Perfect for journaling, quotes, and slow evening writing sessions. A lovely ink if you enjoy warm, muted colours with a little personality.
Good value pen case made with an interesting material. Fits all different sizes of pens.
wearingeul has amazing shimmer inks so i was really excited for this one and it did not disappoint. the shimmer is so pretty (also love dino’s sample bottles)
If you've ever watched Disney's Hercules, this ink is the literal physical embodiment of Hades in a bottle. I love the black with blue shimmers so much. It really looks like the blue glitter of shades and souls lost in the underworld!
The paper is smooth to write on. I have swatched 21 inks on a single page and there’s no feathering or bleed-through from my observations. Shading and sheens are visible too.
I will definitely repurchase it when it is restocked!
Color Traveler is one of my new fav brands with interesting short write-ups about the inspiration behind their colours. The full bottle comes will a mini glass vial and a pipette.
First impression, straight out of the box:
It’s so pretty.
That was honestly my first thought. The Sea Glass has that soft, dreamy kind of beauty — not loud, not trying too hard, but still impossible to ignore.
Then I took it out and held it properly in my hand.
Wow.
It has such a nice, solid weight to it. Substantial without feeling heavy. Comfortable, balanced, and very satisfying to hold. It immediately feels like a pen meant for slow writing, long journaling sessions, and quiet desk moments.
I have not inked it yet because this pen clearly needs a special ink. Not just any ink. Something that matches the whole mood.
Also, husband approved.
So naturally, this was a very reasonable purchase. ;)
It is an exceptional, travel-friendly companion for stationery lovers, artist sketchbooks, and ink collectors alike. It neatly solves the longevity issues of traditional glass pens without losing any of the analog charm.
The ink itself is gorgeous and works well in my sailor PGS. What I didn’t like is the new sample vial that Dino Writes is using - it’s so tiny that the Dino Writes swatching tool’s muddler end can’t go in! Surely this is an oversight
Great colour! Should at least inked this on M nib fountain pen.
I inked this on my TWSBI Eco F nib and haven't got any problem with the shimmer. It writes beautifully. Lovely brown base colour. Now I want to get the other colours too.
It's a high quality pencase. Worth the price. The fabric that they use inside is very soft so your fountain pen won't be scratch.
Package was well packed and it arrived safely and speedily! The ink colour is stunning! Thank you so much!
had to get more after trying some out secondhand, flows and layers beautifully with my wet-flow pens. haven't seen anything like it, great stuff from weenk!
Tested on:
- Pilot Iro-Utsushi
- Kokuyo Jibun Techo
Review:
- Black
- Writes wet
- Dries quickly
- Truly waterproof and won't budge once dry
- Surprisingly doesn't bleed on paper
