Sardine Blue Gray

Anchovies are affectionately known as "small sardines" by the people of Hiroshima Prefecture. They
are available from June to August, and
are eaten live in Hiroshima Prefecture due to the abundance of food and good fishing grounds.
There is a saying that if you wash it seven times, it will taste like sea bream, and
it is Hiroshima's summer soul food.
Washing it in water removes the sardine's distinctive odor, and the firm, fatty flesh is perfect for sashimi. This product
expresses the blue color of fresh small sardines.
