What is Nagasaki Delicious Ink?

Nagasaki is home to countless delicious local specialties. Castella, milkshakes, sara udon noodles, champon, Turkish rice, and more...

We wanted to express these delicacies in ink. We
want people to enjoy Nagasaki's delicacies even when they're far away. That's what inspired the creation of "Nagasaki Delicious Ink."
We create inks with glitter and fragrances to match the motifs, and we have fun creating them ourselves.

Peach castella is a traditional gift given during the Nagasaki Girls' Festival, but due to its cuteness and deliciousness, it's now available year-round at a variety of stores.

Since the debut of Nagasaki Delicious Ink, I've been thinking about making peach castella ink, and now that dream has finally come true! This is Delicious Ink's first pink ink.
It contains adorable glitter that expresses its sweet flavor.

Not only is the peach castella adorable, but we also paid special attention to the leaf design!
The green color that appears when you bleed the ink with water is breathtakingly beautiful.
