What is Nagasaki Delicious Ink?

Nagasaki is home to countless delicious local specialties. Castella, milkshakes, sara udon noodles, champon, Turkish rice, etc.

We want to express these delicacies in ink.
We want people to enjoy Nagasaki's delicacies even when they're far away. That's what inspired the birth of "Nagasaki Delicious Ink."

We enjoy creating inks ourselves, incorporating glitter and fragrances to match the motifs.

Nagasaki design! We've captured the mouthwatering aroma of ago dashi with the vibrant colors and glitter of flying fish.

Uniquely Nagasaki! "Ago Dashi" Ink:

Rather than the pure color of ago dashi broth, we've chosen a slightly greenish pastel blue to represent the fish's lively flight and swimming through the ocean.
Fine glitter, a combination of spreader white and jade green, represents the fish's sparkling scales. Even with a fine nib, you can enjoy the rich glitter.

And! It's scented with the mouthwatering aroma of ago dashi broth!
The Nagasaki Delicious Ink is here, packed with both fragrance and glitter.

Our udon noodles are handmade from 100% domestic wheat, carefully selected from the salt, and are characterized by their thin yet firm texture.
