Nagasaki Beautiful Scenery Ink Omura Bay Glass Beach Aqua

This time, the new scenic spot we've chosen is the "glass beach" of Omura Bay.

Omura City in Nagasaki Prefecture is located on the eastern shore of Omura Bay, a calm inland sea surrounded by land on three sides. Nagasaki Airport, built on reclaimed land, lies on this bay, which is as still as a lake with no waves. At
the foot of the Minoshima Bridge leading to the airport is the "Glass Beach," created to restore the natural environment of Omura Bay.

Recycled sand, carefully processed from discarded glass, spreads along the water's edge, sparkling in the sunlight—a place that truly embodies "Nagasaki's beautiful scenery that we want to protect forever." It
's a quiet, beautiful, miraculous beach, a testament to human hands working in harmony with nature.
