Nada in Kobe has long been famous for producing Nihon-shu (Japanese Sake) and is called “Nada-Gogo”.
Nada-Gogo's sake brewing using "Miya-mizu*", which has a mysterious power and is an ingredient of delicious sake, strongly appeals to the hearts of Japanese people.
(*mizu = water)
This color is inspired by the tasteful brown that exists in traditional sake breweries.
